Elizabeth Gallagher is the founder of Wise Caterpillar Human Development Services - the parent organisation of

Prior to establishing herself as an independent trainer and facilitator Elizabeth held management and training roles in social care, catering, retail and the voluntary sector. Her training and development background includes 15 years experience as a full time trainer designing, delivering and evaluating programmes on:

• Equality and diversity issues - including diversity awareness and promotion events, anti-discriminatory training and courses specifically focussing on race and culture, disability, gender, religion or age.
• Personal development, stress reduction and personal effectiveness
• Recruitment, selection and appraisal
• Counselling, grief and change management processes
• Management and leadership development
• Team working and conflict reduction
• Sales, communication, assertiveness and interpersonal issues
• Health and safety
• Childcare, supporting vulnerable adults and working with elders

Her educational background includes:

• Certification as NLP Practitioner
• NLP Coach Diploma
• Certificate in Life Coaching
• MSc in Training and Human Resource Management
• Diploma in Performance Coaching
• Diploma in Psychotherapy and Hypnotherapy
• Certificate in Disability, Arts, Training and Employment
• Trainer Training in Disability Equality
• BA (Hons) Combined Studies

As well as being a trainer and facilitator, she is a member of the UK National Council of Psychotherapy and a Registered Hypnotherapist with the UK General Hypnotherapy Council. She also belongs to the International Association of Coaches and the coaching community Coachville.

Based in central England, she is ideally situated for travelling to meet the needs of training clients across the UK and beyond. With easy access to Nottingham Rail Station, the M1 motorway and Nottingham East Midlands Airport, Elizabeth and her colleagues will happily travel to deliver the training events you book with us.
