Where do you deliver your training courses?

Our training courses can be delivered on your premises, from a hired venue of your choice or you can ask us to source a UK venue for you.

Will you tailor the course to suit our organisation?

As well as economical standard courses we can develop a bespoke course wherein course topic, length, design, and content are tailored to meet your organisational requirements.

What about access for disabled participants on courses?

Where a disabled or Deaf participant is nominated to attend the training course/s, the event/s will be designed with particular regard to their access requirements. Pre-course liaison with specific disabled or Deaf participants and their support personnel (where appropriate) is included in standard course prices.

Copies of handouts in large print or on computer disc can be provided at no extra cost. With sufficient notice, audio tapes and Braille versions of handouts can also be provided (at cost price).

What about language access requirements on Training Courses?

We recognise that literacy is an access issue for a significant number of UK citizens. Handouts in languages other than English and in plain or illustrated English can also be provided at cost price.

What if I want Training in something that you don't seem to offer?

With links to a range of associate trainers the range of our expertise is extensive. We always seek to provide you with a quality service and will happily work with you to meet your specific requirements.

Do you have an Equal Opportunities Policy?

We have an Equality and Valuing Diversity Policy that is used as a working document, not just as a statement of intent. This ensures that all our training events are designed to support the broadest learning possible of as diverse a group of people as possible.

We take equal access to people development processes seriously. Wherever possible the value of human diversity is promoted through the use of innovative training materials and exercises. Our courses particularly aim to eliminate offence or harm on the grounds of the following social group identifiers - age, class, culture, disability, gender, language, race, religion, and sexuality.

How much do your courses cost?

A one day course costs £600 per day at your venue. For a group of 12 delegates that's £50 per person. A group of sixteen delegates will cost just £37.50 per person!

A half day workshop costs £350 (£650 for two held on the same day). A series of "Focus on Learning" seminars (three 2-hour sessions) delivered on the same day costs £750 per day.

This includes the provision of Participant Information Packs and Certificates of Attendance for a maximum of 16 people per event. Larger groups can be accommodated at an increased fee. Additionally, where you require the hiring of a venue the course fee will reflect this arrangement.

In line with our commitment to the principles of social inclusion, these terms may be negotiated for small businesses, charities and voluntary groups.

"Don't ask what happens if we train our people, and they leave? Ask instead, what happens if we don't train our people, and they stay?"
